To Our Valued Patients,
During this unprecedented time, we would like to assure you that the health and safety of our patients and team are our top priority.
We have increased an already diligent cleaning protocol to keep our patients and our team safe and healthy. We are cleaning and disinfecting all common surface areas as well as testing areas and instruments on a constant basis all day, every day. Our goal is to provide a safe environment so that we may continue to provide the best hearing healthcare our community needs. When entering our office, we ask that you wash your hands before your appointment.
We ask that if you have traveled internationally in the last fourteen days, please call to reschedule your appointment to a later date. Additionally, if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, or have any family members experiencing flu-like symptoms or have been exposed to anyone you know who has coronavirus, we ask that you reschedule your appointment to a later date.
It is important to use these protective measures to keep our community healthy and to prevent the spread of COVID-19:
-Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth;
-Avoid close contact with people who are sick;
-Frequently wash your hands with soap and hot water for a minimum of 20 seconds;
-Use alcohol-based hand sanitizers when in public places;
-Stay home if you have flu-like symptoms.
We continue to monitor the CDC COVID-19 website as well as our state and local health departments for the most current information to protect our patient community.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate through this challenging time.
Yours in Health,
Holly Thibodeau, Ed.D
